Which website platform do you use?
It depends on your business. We work with Wix, Webflow, WordPress and custom-built websites. We'll recommend the option that fits your content, features, budget and how you want to manage the site.
Will my website be set up for Google?
Yes. The standard package includes essential SEO foundations such as page titles, descriptions, headings and search-friendly structure. We'll configure appropriate indexing settings and show you where to manage SEO information. SEO setup does not guarantee a particular ranking.
Will my website work with AI search tools?
We use clear content, accessible structure and sound SEO foundations to help search engines and AI-powered discovery systems understand your business. No one can guarantee a recommendation from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or another AI system.
Are there ongoing costs?
A domain and hosting or website platform subscription usually have their own costs. We'll explain them before you commit. You don't have to pay Ember Digital an ongoing management fee unless you choose support.

Our Professional Small Business Website starts at A$2,950 including GST. It includes up to five core pages, design, essential SEO setup, launch and handover. Larger sites and specialist features can be quoted separately.
How long does it take?
We'll agree a realistic schedule based on the size of the site and how much content is ready. We'll guide you through what we need from you at each stage.
Can you improve my existing website instead?
Definitely. You might not need a new site. We can review what you have and recommend whether it's worth improving, redesigning or moving to a different platform.
