Can this work with my existing mobile number?
Often, but not universally. We'll first check your carrier, phone system and how missed calls can be detected or forwarded. If your current setup doesn't expose the right events, we'll explain the options before promising automation.
Can you just set up WhatsApp Business for me?
Absolutely. That can be a standalone service. We'll help configure your profile, automatic greeting and away messages, quick replies and links, then show you how to use it. You don't need an AI assistant or CRM integration to benefit.
Can you send a WhatsApp message automatically whenever I miss a call?
Not automatically to every caller. WhatsApp has its own business messaging rules, including opt-in and approved templates for many business-initiated messages. We'll assess whether a compliant workflow is possible, or use an appropriate SMS follow-up instead.
Can customers reply to the SMS?
Yes, if we configure a reply-capable messaging number or service. We'll confirm the setup and any additional costs. A one-way branded sender ID may not support two-way replies.
Will customers know they're talking to AI?
Where we deploy an AI receptionist, we recommend making it clear that callers are speaking with an automated assistant and providing a simple way to reach a person. We'll agree on the script and escalation rules with you.
Can replies go into my CRM?
Where your CRM supports the necessary integration, yes. We can capture contact details and enquiry information and create tasks or records. More complex connections are quoted separately.
Will this replace my existing phone system?
Not necessarily. Many solutions work with your existing service, but the exact arrangement depends on call forwarding, numbering and provider capabilities. We start with a compatibility check.
Are there ongoing costs?
That depends on the service. SMS delivery, phone numbers, call handling, software subscriptions and WhatsApp Business Platform messaging may have ongoing charges. We'll itemise what is included and what is billed separately.
